Hydro mulching sometimes referred to as hydro seeding, is a grass planting process.  The process is fast, efficient, and economical.  Thisgrass planting process is usually more effective than conventionalseeding and certainly more economical than conventional sodding.

  The process begins by mixing mulch, seed, fertilizer, and water in a hydro mulching machine.  The mixed material often referred to as a slurry, is then sprayed on the soil.  Results can be sod quality, or for a situation that has budget restraints a lighter mixture can be applied.

  Hydro Mulching/Seeding has a variety of uses.  New home lawns may be the largest single defined market.  Other landscape applications could be as simple as patching dead areas in existing lawns.

  Hydro Mulching/seeding can be used on Commercial or residential sights, also road sides, boulevards, parks, golf courses, and many other areas.  It is important to understand the difference between cheap hydro seeding and quality hydro mulching;  make sure to discuss this with your lawn care professional.
